Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or refunds simply because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the item, or ordered the wrong product.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos showing the issue

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
